Vic Polyik’s Blues Cosmonauts bring their unique style of Californian Jump Blues to The Wesley Anne.

Vic has a huge harmonica tone with a strong sense of swing inspired by Los Angeles’ great jump n’ boogie outfits of the ’50s. Fifteen years in Canada saw Vic play and record with some of blues finest including; Shuggie Otis, Amos Garrett and Jeff Simmons, one of a handful of musicians to share songwriting credits with Frank Zappa.

Vic’s instrumentals often favour the chromatic harmonica for playing the blues. Be sure to catch this three-piece bluesabilly combo as they perform tunes from Vic’s upcoming release, Zero Gravity Swing.
